Once we’ve confirmed your booking we send a link to your phone. Tap it and your GPS pin is shared live with our dispatch team. No postcode hunting, no describing a junction. Works on any smartphone with no app download required.
How do I pay? Do I pay before you arrive?
Yes — we take payment before dispatch. We send a secure payment link to your phone or you can pay by BACS transfer. It takes under 60 seconds. Once payment is confirmed your technician is dispatched immediately. No hidden charges — price quoted is price paid.
Are you available 24 hours a day?
Yes. Mr Tyreman operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. Flat tyres don’t stick to office hours, and neither do we.
Can you come to me on the motorway?
Yes. We attend roadside emergencies including motorway breakdowns where safe to do so. Move to a lay-by or hard shoulder, put your hazards on, and share your live GPS pin via our app so we navigate directly to you.
