The Contract Between Us

Any contract for purchases made through the website or over the phone will be with us. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

We are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on this website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

General Terms

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

These terms and conditions only cover purchases made from this website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply

Payment Details

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK Pounds. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.

Availability of Goods You Order

If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account.  The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.

Changes to This Agreement 

We reserve the right to make changes to the content provided to this site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Refunds

Subject to your statutory rights (which shall not be affected by this provision), it is not possible to offer refunds after purchase for any parts that have been used on your car. If you believe that a tyre or wheel we have fitted is faulty, We will offer you the option of purchasing a replacement while the original part is sent to the manufacturer for analysis. If the manufacturer confirms that the product is faulty the cost of your replacement purchase will be refunded. 

We do not offer refunds on any emergency call out service once payment has been made and engineer is on route.

Customer Surveys / Other Goods & Services

Our commitment to improving customer service includes our Customer Survey Team (operated on behalf of us by a selected independent company) telephoning a number of customers each day to ask about the standard of service they have received. During this call, the Team may also draw your attention to selected goods or services offered by that company.

We may also contact you to advise of other goods and services that may be of interest to you.

Data Protection

We are conscious that you trust us with your private information which is necessary to process your order. Other than where stated within these Terms and Conditions and with our chosen payment card service provider, you have our assurance that your information will not be shared with other organisations outside the Group, unless those organisations are working on behalf of us or we are compelled to do so by law.

Unsubscribing

If you prefer that we do not contact you with further information or disclose any non-public personal information about you to any non-affiliated third parties, other than required by law, you may opt out.

Please include your name, address, and other identification information and any other applicable information. Your request will apply to any of the information we have obtained in any transaction.

It may take between 48 – 72 hours from the time we receive your request to opt-out and to remove you from our database. Please be aware that you may still receive offers during the period that your request is being processed.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions the Data Owner is Mr Tyreman UK LTD with Stapleton’s the sub-processor.  All have a responsibility to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable data laws.
